No Bilateral Talks allowed.

A Domestic Governing Style Going International
Donald Trump was and is both the forty fifth and forty seventh President of the United States of America, whom is well known for his radical unorthodox policies. Policies such as reducing the budget for renewable energy by forty percent, creating a reversal of his predecessor’s policies on climate change. President Trump also dismantled many federal regulations on health, labor and the environment. An example of his dismantling in the health industry would be making it easier for mentally ill individuals to purchase fire arms. Prior to President Trump’s inauguration, he vowed to bring a peaceful solution to the crisis in the middle east and an end to the war in Ukraine which in his opinion, should have never been started. President Trump’s current vision for a peaceful solution with regard to Ukraine is visibly one-sided and does not include bilateral talks with all parties involved. Even though his mixed messages on foreign policy according to BBC news leaves the world guessing, here is what we know thus far
The Secretary Of State's Standalone Approach Towards Diplomacy

Is displacing millions of Gazans to neighboring Arab states even practical
Trump’s vision for the Middle East would start with what he considers a US takeover of the Gaza Strip. Even though it is totally illegal under the Untied Nations, this is something i do support. I believe it’s a matter of national security for the Palestinians. Palestine was never a standalone nation, meaning i have never known them to achieve a true level of self sufficiency on a national level. They have no measurable G.D.P nor a legitimate government, military or a standalone economy. Their affairs were look after by Egypt whom preserved their sovereignty for an extended period of time. I do believe a strong American presence in the Gaza Strip, a few American infrastructures such as an embassy and a small military similar to that f North and South Korea clearly defined borders based on the nineteen sixty seven United Nations security council resolution two forty two.
President Trump is taking a global standalone approach towards the Middle East peace process. Instead of supporting UN security council two forty two and at least working with his international counterparts, similar to his domestic policy, as a seasoned business owner he choose to ignore the reality of opportunity cost. His vision for peace involve the removal or displacement of millions of Palestinians from their homeland to neighboring countries as refugees. So far no Arab countries have shown a willingness to move forward or at least hint that they are onboard with Trump’s current policy. Furthermore The UN has warned that any attempt to forcefully displace Palestinians from their land to neighboring countries is a violation of international law and tantamount or similar to ethnic cleansing.
Willingness to make President Trump's Plans For Gaza A Reality

As of three days ago, Marco Rubio, the current Secretary of State of The United States, met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in what they call a common strategy for the Palestinian territory. On October twenty third, Hamas, labelled a terrorist organization by the international community, conducted a cross border attack which led to the death of twelve hundred people and two hundred and fifty one other individuals were taken hostage. In response to the Israeli hostage crisis forty eight thousand two hundred people have been killed during the the sixteen month war according to a Hamas run health industry. Most of Gaza;s population have been displaced multiple times either by force or out of fear of safety from the frequent non discretionary airstrikes conducted by the Israeli Defense Forces. Seventy percent of their buildings and infrastructure has been damaged and/or destroyed alongside their health care industry, water, sanitation and hygiene systems. There is also reports of a shortage of food, fuel, medicine and shelter.
Mr Rubio’s negotiating style seems unlike his predecessors. Rather than conduct bilateral talks between Israel, a Gazan delegate and other Arab nations, Marco Rubio seems to be mirroring if not echoing President Trump’s negotiating style on Ukraine where he held talks with Russian President Vladmir Putin then presented alternative for Ukraine. In this scenario Secretary of state Marco Rubio will be holding exclusive talks with the current Prime Minister of Israel then present alternative to the Gazan population and other independent Arab states, which would include the housing and resettlement of the Palestinians outside of Gazan territory and within other nations borders.
During the meeting the Secretary of State outlined the top common concerns between the United States and Israel. His visit came after Israel welcomed the shipment of of American made MK-84 heavy bombs. A bomb that was blocked for exportation to Israel out of concern for the impact its usage will have on the Gaza strip. A block that was letter overturned by President Trump. The goal is to eliminate Hamas’s influence within the Gaza Strip overall by elimination its governing capabilities, preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon and carefully monitoring common and most recent events in Syria.
