In recent events, according to TMZ, a gastro pub that was once under the control of Gordon Ramsey has been overun by squatters. The York and Albany pub and hotel to be exact and acccording to English law, no criminal arrest can be made until such time they commit an actual crime. This is considered to be a civil matter which would most likely have to begin with an eviction process or lawsuit, which can be pricey.
