Conservative state Supreme Court justice Rebecca Bradley suggested in a recorded video yesterday that the extension of the state’s stay-at-home order was the “definition of tyranny” and compared it to U.S. internment camps for Japanese-Americans during World War II. Tony Evers Administration argued that people will die if the order is removed. GOP lawmakers are contesting the Department of Health Services Secretary Andrea Palm’s authority to issue an order that took a toll on schools and nonessential businesses and curbing resident’s ability to travel and gather in groups.
