Former President Indicted

Former President Donald Trump was indicted last week in a Manhattan District Court and faces over two dozen counts including felonies although the documents remain sealed. Trump's is scheduled to be arraigned today Tuesday April fourth twenty twenty three in New York and wont be put in handcuffs. We should expect him to be processed like anybody else with the exception of secret service involvement. Typically there will be a processing stage which takes about twenty to thirty minutes then Trump along with his lawyer will appear before a Judge. At that point authorities will unseal his indictment and reveal the exact charges against him. Even though the documents are sealed, me just a regular average everyday consumer from the outside looking in, totally unrelated to Stormy Daniels would be tax evasion and conspiracy. Those two charges are almost impossible to beat. When it comes to the IRS they will find a discrepancy somewhere, someway, somehow proving that you owed the federal government a huge amounts of money for an extended period of time. When it comes to conspiracy they don't have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt or hard evidence. It's similar to a premeditated crime where all you have to prove is intent with circumstantial evidence. In Trump's case his conspiracy can go in a lot of directions. It can go in the direction of Stormy Daniels in the form of conspiracy to obstruct justice in the event an obstruction of justice cannot be proved. Conspiracy can go directly to New York where he may have passed some type of law or bill that benefits him over the American people once again, conspiracy is a very tricky situation to be in.
 

Trump's legal defense team already anticipate filing a series of motions once the view the indictment. As proactive as Trump may be, there has been reports that the former President of The United States plan on entering his not guilty plea himself and not through his lawyers. It has also been reported that he is very excited, upbeat and has accepted the fact that his day in court after a few years of struggle has finally came and that the former President is far from angry. Outside the court room there is a war of its own going on outside as Trump supporters argue with opponents outside the Manhattan District Attorneys. Office ahead of his expected appearance. Outside at collect pond park, flags can be seen reading Trump or death. It has been reported that republican Representatives George Santos and Majorie Taylor Green were among the fifty to sixty trump supporters on the scene.

As police stand between Trump supporters and counter protesters Greene was noted for referring to the indictment as election interference. She also accused the Manhattan District attorney as being a tool for our Democratic Party to so called hijack the twenty twenty four presidential election.
